The best Sales Rep I’ve dealt with at a car dealership! Réal was very responsive and worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. He agreed to deliver the vehicle to me for no charge if the purchase went through, and when he realized it was a 6 hour trip each direction, his response was, “well I’m still gonna come because I said I would and I’m a man of my word.” He delivered my vehicle with his wife at 9:30pm after working all morning. Definitely worth driving in from Palos Verdes, Ca, my local dealer were a bunch of xxxxxxxx, so I definitely saw a huge difference with a reputable company and team. They even washed & filled up my gas tank without me even asking, most dealers try and sneak that by you. Even after the purchase sales team helped me out with all the new features prior to leaving. 5 stars. Helped me get into the truck I wanted, were pretty professional for most of the deal but I forgot to get my personal keys back from the sales guy Real(were attached to my car keys from trade in) so I professional for most of the deal but I forgot to get my personal keys back from the sales guy Real(were attached to my car keys from trade in) so I had to drive back down the next day for them. We had agreed on a rough time to meet and once there he wasn’t in the office and non responsive to me or any of his coworkers trying to get a hold of him. Wasn’t until a sales manager called him that he told them where my keys were, only to find out they misplaced half of my keys. I had missing keys and keychains! I was told that’s all they had and there was nothing they could do. Very unprofessional for them to lose my keys. All in all at least the deal wasn’t a headache but I never thought I’d get my keys lost. More
