I paid cash for my automobile. Initially dealt with Thomas to do a test drive of an Accord. Drove up to the dealership 3.5 weeks later to start the buying process. Thomas wasn't in that day, but worked with Juvaree to buy the last blue Accord SE on the lot that day. Didn't get much of a run around. Bob contacted me a week later to let me know that the optional packages were ready--all season package 1 and body side molding. There was an oversight on the body side molding, but they made good on letting me take the car home and make an appointment to bring the car back in to the service center to have the body side molding package installed. Once the price was agreed upon, the purchase process went fairly quick. No trade in, no financing, or home delivery, so I couldn't rate those areas. More
