Body work/mechanical work We had an accident with our truck. So mr insurance adjuster talked me out of Carls gmc and Atlantic collision..who I KNOW to do impeccable work. Mr Adjuster was in cahoots with Garber. They never fixed my truck correctly..over torqued things..left things unfixed..had it for almost two months and I was assured it would be factory quality..we took great care of our rpteuck. I had the work checks with Carls in Stuart..because they denied..denied..denied. Told me to "Prove it" wasn't like that before the accident. You don't pay 62,000.00 for a truck and not take care of it. I had to pay 3,800.00 out of my pocket to get it fixed correctly. After going back and forth I decided I don't want them screwing my truck up more. THEY WILL NEVER SEE MY BUSINESS AGAIN! And mr Adjuster..I fired that insurance company. I paid for full coverage..never seen Garber on my check every moth. Insurance adjuster is supposed to work for my insurance company and me..NOT Garber! He was rude..snatched the paperwork I took to Garber with the list of shoddy workmanship..and said.."this is a bunch of xxxx"! Before he even looked at it. So..if you go to Garber..good luck! If you've had work done..I suggest you get it a second look at! Try Carls GMC In Stuart! Simply the BEST! I gladly paid that money for quality work@ Carls! Buy the way..I have documents to back up my story! More

At our arrival we were greeted by a young gentleman by the name of Shadi Rahman and Justin, these 2 guys were nothing but awesome to work with, they were very knowledgeable, polite, well mannered and very helpful. They showed us around their great facility, we were very impressed with the service and how cool the buildings are. We bought a GMC Yukon, the experience was fun and we were out of the dealer with our new car, licese plate and registration within 3 to 4 hours, not bad at all. Unprofessional I went to look at a used vehicle and decided I would like to purchase it, but needed to wait until after the weekend so that I could speak to my banke I went to look at a used vehicle and decided I would like to purchase it, but needed to wait until after the weekend so that I could speak to my banker. I was already feeling very pressured from them to finance through them, which I had already told them I did not want to do, yet they kept pressuring me. When I returned to the dealership, I wanted to renegotiate the price of the vehicle. The manager handled it very unprofessionally, became irate, raising his voice at me, and making me feel very uncomfortable. Never in my life have I witnessed such a childish reaction from a grown man, who manages a car dealership. I have no hard feelings against the salesperson, but I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership just because of the manager's behavior. What this manager needs to realize is that for every poor experience someone has in customer service, they tell 10 people. Word of mouth travels quickly and it's unfortunate he gave me such a lasting nasty impression. More
