I have had my oil changed 2 times. The first time my oil was over filled by a couple of quarts and I discovered this by a puddle of oil under the car. Was told by the service rep that the over fill caused was over filled by a couple of quarts and I discovered this by a puddle of oil under the car. Was told by the service rep that the over fill caused the leaking on my new car. The morning after my 2nd oil change I checked the oil and found that it was overfilled again. These issues resulted in 2 additional trips to the dealer and wasted waiting time. Simply checking the oil level after the service would have avoided these issues and potential engine damage. More
