Slow service 4 hours for oil change, replace 4 tires and check on brake issue. Oil and brake was done by 10 and vehicle sat on track for 1 hour and 30 minutes with no wheels and nobody working it check on brake issue. Took my truck in for a scratch on the bumper. Was quoted a price $200 more then anyone else but decided to use the higher price place because of it being a dealership. I thought I would get a better product a price $200 more then anyone else but decided to use the higher price place because of it being a dealership. I thought I would get a better product. We discussed painting other items and agreed on a price and when the truck was picked up the bumper was perfect but I had runs in the extra items. We complained and received an attitude and was told well I didn’t charge you for that. I feel even if they decided not to charge me they should still take pride in the work. It is a dealership. I could have saved $300 and let Macco put runs on my truck. More
