I purchased a Chevy Trax in 2019 and was very satisfied with the way Ryan Albertson took care of me. He went above and beyond helping me to show me how to get my phone programmed into the car so I can make with the way Ryan Albertson took care of me. My last visit was disappointing. I was called mid morning that my truck was ready to be picked up. I left work early to come get it and when I arrived it was not ready. 2 hours with an appointment for an oil change seems excessive. I stopped in vcd the parts office because it's not evident off 45th where to find service, and was ignored at the counter there for 5 min excessive. I brought my Trax in for recall work. The service coordinators have been very kind. I did get my car back with some creaking noise but they made time for me to bring it right back to take a look, no coordinators have been very kind.
