I purchased a Chevy Trax in 2019 and was very satisfied with the way Ryan Albertson took care of me. My last visit was disappointing. I was called mid morning that my truck was ready to be picked up. I left work early to come get it and when I arrived it was not ready. 2 hours with an appointment for an oil change seems excessive. I stopped in vcd the parts office because it's not evident off 45th where to find service, and was ignored at the counter there for 5 min excessive. I brought my Trax in for recall work. The service coordinators have been very kind. I did get my car back with some creaking noise but they made time for me to bring it right back to take a look, no coordinators have been very kind.
