Service was good, a little back and forth about possibility of future work needed and the costs associated with those potential repairs, but it all worked out in the end. I was not happy about an nearly two hour appointment for oil change and inspection but possibly because the service clerk was trying to work with the technician, manager and the warranty folks. Still should not have been 2 hours in my opinion though. The clerk was thoughtful and respectful. More
