The gentleman I dealt with was very professional and very nice. The problem I have is they were not able to help me with the issue of my battery. I have had to replace my battery four times in the last three nice. The problem I have is they were not able to help me with the issue of my battery. I have had to replace my battery four times in the last three years. Although my VIN was not considered to be one listed with the battery drainage it is apparent there is a problem with my car. I know it's not Garber's issue but I believe they should have been able to help me. I have emailed "Subaru Battery Settlement" as well as Subaru Customer Service and have not received a response from either. I need help and do not know where to get it. please direct me to the appropriate place to contact. More
