Was unaware that I was paying $165 extra to have a used vehicle I was buying detailed until I was faced with the paperwork and then told I should’ve been aware of this charge. Most dealers sell their new/u vehicle I was buying detailed until I was faced with the paperwork and then told I should’ve been aware of this charge. Most dealers sell their new/used cars with a curtsey detail. Then, it still was not clean after “detail” job. We later found old food under front seats, sticky coffee in the cup holders, gum wrappers in the doors pockets, etc. We would’ve declined the “detail” job and cleaned it better ourselves for that charge had I knew I’d be paying for it in the first place. This charge should’ve been made transparent and brought up in conversation in the initial deal and it was not. Paid top dollar for a “quick” wipe down that I wouldn’t consider a detail when this should’ve been included in buying the vehicle from Garber Chevrolet in the first place. Other than that, the salesperson that sold us the vehicle was great to work with. More
