HORRIBLE SERVICE I bought my car March 2014 at the time I bought it they told me I would get 3 oil changes for free I went to the service and they told me that they do I bought my car March 2014 at the time I bought it they told me I would get 3 oil changes for free I went to the service and they told me that they don't do that, that I would have to pay. I refinanced my car June 2015 and requested for a refund on my GAP insurance and till today I still have not gotten a call back. Everytime I call I get sent straight to voicemail. HORRIBLE SERVICE FULL OF LIES. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer since they are refusing to give my money back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE. if I could rate lower than 1 star I would. More

This dealer uses yo-yo financing, they give you the car at a lower interest rate, thay let you drive it for a few days and then they call saying the bank did not aprove it, that they need to sign another contract and they DOUBLE the interest and down payment, these people specially sales guy Daniel and his boss are not honest and by the way you don't have to sign any new contract, because you already did and they have to respect it, i was lucky i researched about yo-yo financing and made them lower the price, avoid this unethical place!!!
