This dealer was my favor place since I bought my first nissan. I had bought 3 Nissan since.I used to take my vehicles for services here. On September 12, I took my Nissan Rogue for a break diagnostic. The nissan. I had bought 3 Nissan since.I used to take my vehicles for services here. On September 12, I took my Nissan Rogue for a break diagnostic. They charged me $200 for the diagnostic. I thought it was excessive but since I was planning to get the repair done and because it was to be applied towards the repair, I had no objection. they, the said that the front and back rotors needed to be resurfacing and they gave me an estimate of $800 to resurface front and back with out replacing the breaks. I asked for an estimate for replacing the breaks for the just the front. The rep said that was the same $800. I told him that it was too excessive and I asked if there was any coupon or discount available that I could use and the rep said No. I said that I was going to take my car somewhere else. He kind of treat me saying that I am still have to pay for the diagnostic. I said that it was fine that I rather do that than paying $800. I felt that as client I was not treated right. I hope they train their rep. Better. Otherwise, they will keep loosing clients. More
Hello. I bough a 2021 Nissan Sentra from this dealership and it was nothing but problems. The car had a bad transmission. The engine had a rattle. And after that I try contacting the dealership to let them know of my problems. They all ignore my calls. Or messages. I even call Nissan credit finance. And they told me that they couldn’t do anything for me. This car already make me loose $6000 dollars. Do not buy from this place. They sell lemons. 😞 More

Drove home and the next day the brakes were squealing. It so happenes that Tammy called me the very next day and I explained to her what happened. She was courteous and very understanding .
