Chris was courteous and well spoken. However, he was overbearing in the upsell of services and did not address my issue for a problem with my car. I've used Gardena Honda for over 20+ years And never had this type of salesmanship before in the service center. It is a turn off and makes me uncomfortable with bringing my vehicle there again. In the past, the service reps have been considerate and truly served as a source of knowledge and as an advisor, which allowed them to give me confidence in their work and allow me to help maintain my car and return as a customer. I hope you will continue to keep those professional and allow them to mentor the new people. . More
