Made a 11am appointment for my first service Was told it’s a ‘quick service’ by person on phone. I was there 3 hours ! Was told it was an exceptionally busy day. If that’s the case, why not tell me th it’s a ‘quick service’ by person on phone. I was there 3 hours ! Was told it was an exceptionally busy day. If that’s the case, why not tell me this beforehand? When I got home that day, there was a recall notice in the mail. Why was that not addressed by dealer while car was there ! That’s just poor. Now I need to go back again. I bought car from you folks. I expected better service. More
