I wanted to take a moment to share feedback from my recent visit to Gardena Honda. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted by Valerie. She was absolutely great—checked me in quickly, and was very recent visit to Gardena Honda. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted by Valerie. She was absolutely great—checked me in quickly, and was very kind, professional, and friendly. She made the process smooth and pleasant. When my service was complete, I returned to her, and again, she was super professional and provided me with my paperwork so I could check out with the cashiers. Unfortunately, my experience at the cashier station was not on par with the level of service I’ve consistently received at Gardena Honda. There were two ladies at the cashier desk, and I was the only customer waiting to be assisted. Neither acknowledged me at all. I gave it a minute, assuming they might be wrapping up a work-related conversation. However, after standing there for a couple of minutes, I realized their conversation was personal—one of them sounded super irritated and was venting to the other about a customer issue. At that point, I politely interrupted and asked if they could assist me. One of them apologized and proceeded to help me, while the other continued to stare at me with what felt like clear irritation the entire time. This was surprising and disappointing, especially since everyone at Gardena Honda has always been so professional and welcoming. I genuinely did not expect this experience.
