Then the finance team “ran some information” for me and announced a 1.9% interest rate, which I thought was a mistake. “OK,” I thought, “that number might not stay that low forever.” And, yes, I drove away in a new Mazda that day. I was back within a week, when my accessories arrived, then Jorge expertly installed what I’d ordered, and I just couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I really didn’t plan to buy a car that day. I planned to spend another 6 months researching, trying, and deciding. I mean, I was pretty adamant about that. I guess now I’ll be spending all that time doing something more fun!
