During sell our sales person was very kind and very helpful once contract signed our Vehicle was Delivered with dark glue stains all around the Body and upon inspection we pointed that out and was told helpful once contract signed our Vehicle was Delivered with dark glue stains all around the Body and upon inspection we pointed that out and was told to bring it in on Monday , we did , the Sales Person (Jordan) completely ignored our request to see him and another person called the Manager which i spoke to and told him our concerns , we were declined service again and was told by Manager that sales person would be reprimanded by his lack of attention and inability to provide better service and that he would call us before Day would be over (Monday) to reschedule an appointment to bring our Brand new Vehicle to be cleaned and Completely Detailed like it was supposed to be Done upon Delivery, so here we are a week Later and no Response from anyone from Garlyn Shelton in Temple Tx , so just Completely gave up on my high expectations I previously had about this Dealership , have not been contacted in any way , How can you trust Service From them , Very Bad Experience buying our Dirty , Stained 2026 Nissan Rogue More
