Terrible Experience I do NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership. Not only are they not friendly, but they are completely incompetent. My husband spoke to thi I do NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership. Not only are they not friendly, but they are completely incompetent. My husband spoke to this sales team inquiring about a car on their lot. He wanted to get confirmation on the availability of the vehicle to test drive/purchase a DAY in advance of making the hour and forty five minute commute to the dealership. The next day, when we arrived on the lot, we were told (unremorsefully and unapologetically) that they drove that car to a lot 2 hours away THAT morning. Apparently this place doesn't like selling cars. To make matters worse, the manager didn't even come out to apologize or talk to us, nor did our salesman!! They had the guy that drove the vehicle to the other location break the news to us. Terrible customer service and no respect or consideration for their customer's time. I hope this was an unfortunate one-time circumstance for them, because otherwise, I don't know how their business makes a dime! More

Replacement Motor. I had to bring my 2012 gti in for some warranty work. And it ended up being that i needed to get a new motor for my car. Everybody that I delt with was very nice and very helpful. Everybody answered all the questions I had and never couldn't answer a question. I also would like to take my hat off for Amber the service mechanic that worked on my car. It is safe to say without a doubt she busted her xxx to get my car done asap. Even though she had to put two different motors in the car. She did it quickly and the car feels and runs better than the day I bought it. So I would like to thank her as well. And I will more than likely be bring my car to the dealership for all service work and be requesting Amber. More
