Blaine was able to run a credit check, work up the financing, secure a bank loan, speak to my insurance agent , transfer the insurance, submit the title information, go over a car service plan that made sense to me. The care they in each sale with the customer is by far top notch. Also being able to deal Blaine Hassler again was nice as he was there on my first ever purchase from Reading VW. It's nice dealing someone remembers dealing with you and what car you bought at the time. Also dealt with Jeff Hart and he is by far better than the previous finance guy they had. He built a great coverage plan for my car and explained everything in detail. I never felt like I was being pushed or rushed into a vehicle and everyone was honest and truthful which is a nice thing to see in the car sales business. I will always recommend Reading VW from sales to service - top notch dealership. More

Terrible Service!! For just a basic Brake Job It has been over 2 weeks now and i have gotten the run around and my car is still not fixed. I have spent $1700 on a brake job and to try and get my head lights sanded and cleaedn so that the headlights actually work. I was called over the weekend and was told my car was finished. I came to pick up the car and come to find out the head lights were not finished and there was a horrible sound coming from my breaks. Back in the rental again!!! 3 days later they call me to tell me that my car is finished. Pick up my car with my BF and my 3 kids. Got in the car and notice the parking light sign came strike 1 again?? On the way home same sounds with breaks! Called dealer to let them know i was turning around and on the way back, Breaks gave out and went through a red light!!! Not sure how to handle this as i am now very frustrated and oh right they dont give out refunds?? Anyone know a good lawyer?? I will be researching lawyers tonight before i show up to the dealer in the morning!! More

Excellent Service Department I would like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with the service department at VW Reading. I have had a few issues with my Golf R rece I would like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with the service department at VW Reading. I have had a few issues with my Golf R recently, and every time, I ask for Alex to work on my car, and Molly is always willing to put him on my car with no problems. She is always super nice and accommodating! Alex knows his stuff and always does great work. I love having a dealership that I trust. This last time, Alex actually took two separate road tests with me to make sure he understood what I was saying was wrong with my car. Alex went out of his way on more than one occasion to get to the bottom of my issues and get it resolved. There should be a mechanic like Alex at every dealership. In addition, Josh, the service manager is willing to sit down and talk to you with respect when it comes to an issue you are having. Josh treats you like he values you as a customer and I appreciate that. Thank you Josh, Alex and Molly. I am glad you are there for my wife and me when we need our VW's serviced. More
