The price Crossroads had on the newer Ranger was not bad. They worked with me on the price and my trade, and I was very satisfied with the deal. Warranty Work I was only there for an oil change. They spotted a grease boot that was cracked and leaking. They said it was covered under the extended warranty. So I was only there for an oil change. They spotted a grease boot that was cracked and leaking. They said it was covered under the extended warranty. So they ordered the part, called me for the appointment, and repaired the problem. All at their own expense. The point is that I was not even aware of the cracked grease boot and may not have known for a long time. They didn't have to tell me about it but they did. It was covered by the warranty and the expense came out of their own pocket. I was happy to see an honest dealership since I'm going to be in this area for a while. I would recomend this dealership to anyone. Thanx ! More

Courteous, Responsive, Knowledgeable I was looking for a new Escape with particular features so I sent an email from the Ford website requesting more information. I didn't expect to get I was looking for a new Escape with particular features so I sent an email from the Ford website requesting more information. I didn't expect to get a personal response! Matt Wolf at Crossroad Ford Lincoln in Frankfort, KY responded the very next day saying he had found the vehicle I wanted in another state. He set up a test drive of a similar vehicle and arranged for my new Escape to be brought to Frankfort. At the dealership I worked with Michael Wainscott who was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the car and all the details of the paperwork, etc. Also the man who did all the financing paperwork was very helpful and explained a lot of the details to me. He was very friendly and interesting to talk to. I had been to another Ford dealership in Louisville a few days before and I had to ask someone to show me a car. I don't know if other women have experienced this at car dealerships. It's like you are invisible. Anyway the sales people at Crossroads Ford Lincoln in Frankfort were very responsive, fast, courteous and knowledgeable. I would buy a car there again in a heartbeat and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. More

This is our first Ford product, 2015 Escape Titanium, purchased from Carmax in Lexington. We registered on the Ford Website and we were informed of two open recalls. We stopped by your dealership that day and scheduled an appointment to have both recalls taken care off. We had our tires rotated and the service dept checked our wheel alignment. At the same time, we placed an order for a new set of floor mats. Since our first visit all repairs have been made and floor mats rec'd. Everything was done on schedule as stated. What more could a customer ask for. We shall return. More
