The salesman, Brian Olds, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking at and did his best to please us. She did purchase a Ford Escape and was very pleased. However, she had to come from Louisville where she is at school - she left work early to close the deal and we had to wait on the finance person (Mark) for two hours. I felt it was as if our time wasn't important. When asking for amenities (such as filling up her vehicle for her) he said "we don't do that when you buy used vehicles" and began to lecture me on when and when not we should expect amenities like that. This was not the first vehicle I have everr purchased and certainly will not be the last. When it was all said and done, he did provide her with a full tank of gas and made things "right" More

My husband remember the next day that he forgot to get his trailer ball off his other truck and called the owner at 10:00 on Sunday morning. The owner offered to meet him at the dealership, but my husband said all he need to do was unclip it. They are truly customer service oriented. More

Odd engine repair situation I took my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid (Purchased new at Crossroads Ford) to Crossroads Ford Lincoln in Frankfort, Kentucky for engine repair. In working w I took my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid (Purchased new at Crossroads Ford) to Crossroads Ford Lincoln in Frankfort, Kentucky for engine repair. In working with several staff and the co-owner, I had a great experience. I couldn't possibly ask for more effort by all involved and their dedication to customer service. As an aside, while I purchased my vehicle at Crossroads in 2006, my salesman stayed in touch with me over the years, I've gotten to know many of the staff at Crossroads due to my being a Fleet Management Assistant Director for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. They always bent over backwards to help us save taxpayer dollars when dealing with state vehicles. I highly recommend both getting your vehicle serviced at Crossroads Ford and making your next vehicle purchase there. They have demonstrated to me that they truly care about their customers and vehicle care. More
