Charges a $899 reconditioning fee on a car with 16000 miles….they removed the fee when I complained but also removed a $500 on line coupon to compensate for removing a fee that shouldn’t be there in the miles….they removed the fee when I complained but also removed a $500 on line coupon to compensate for removing a fee that shouldn’t be there in the first place….only thing they did to the vehicle was new wiper blades… More
I worked with Irish Mike who was very nice. I bought a 2012 Ford Focus which wasn't the car I was most interested in. I was told that car had sold. Mike was very patient with me when went for a test dri 2012 Ford Focus which wasn't the car I was most interested in. I was told that car had sold. Mike was very patient with me when went for a test drive and back. When I made up my mind I was told we would have to go to the Automall for the financing as this location didn't have a finance manager (1st strike). After 5 hours total I was the owner of the car. I got home and saw cars.com's ad for the same car...at approx $1,500 less. When I voiced my opinion on the difference in price (the price in the ad was before something or other was fixed) I wasn't offered anything to offset even a part of the difference in price. Would I come back? Maybe. Just make sure that you have any prices offered on any sites at your ready so you aren't overcharged. More
