This dealership took my money for a car on April 15th, 2024. After not hearing from them for a week after I signed paperwork I called back to find out that the manager that I was dealing with was fired. T 2024. After not hearing from them for a week after I signed paperwork I called back to find out that the manager that I was dealing with was fired. The new manager that took over was very helpful. He told me that they didn’t have all the paperwork signed that was needed so he sent me over new paperwork to sign. After that they were going to ship the vehicle. A week later the vehicle hadn’t shipped and we asked for a refund of car and warranty monies. They said yes and said they would process it right away. The car then appeared for sale on the internet that weekend. It has now been a week later and they have not refunded any of the monies and the new manager I’ve been working with just quit. Stay away from this dealership. I’m looking into any oversight or regulation that they have as I believe what they are doing should have legal ramifications. It’s dealerships like this that give anyone in the car business a bad reputation. More
