Gates Chevy world as well as all Gates locations were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable on the engine light my vehicle was showing. I had planed on 2.5 hours of sitting in the waiting room and exceptionally professional and knowledgeable on the engine light my vehicle was showing. I had planed on 2.5 hours of sitting in the waiting room and they had me fixed and on the road again in under an hour. Customer brought vehicle into Gates auto garage requesting a brake inspection @9 AM.as previously. Scheduled with Gates Auto.garage.. When the customer had not received a diagnosis of the problem requesting a brake inspection @9 AM.as previously. Scheduled with Gates Auto.garage.. When the customer had not received a diagnosis of the problem nor idea when the diagnosis would be completed, the customer could no longer leave the vehicle at the Gates garage indefinitely that afternoon.. the customer agreed to remove the vehicle and discontinue any further action by Gates garage at that time. They replaced the battery and checked the charging system. My appointment was for 8:00 A.M., They lost the appointment, somehow, and didn't get started until I came to the dealership and checked on my system. The center didn't get started on it until seven hours after my appointment time. I called at 11, to check on the car, and was told the service person would call me back shortly. He did not. I called at 11:55 and everyone was at lunch. That's when I went to the center. The keys magically showed up on the service desk about 1:45. Very disappointed with the service. More

This is the first time in my life that I have stayed with any dealership for service work on any vehicle. I’m semi retired and I don’t care to do my own work anymore. I have a 2022 pickup Trail boss and my w any dealership for service work on any vehicle. I’m semi retired and I don’t care to do my own work anymore. I have a 2022 pickup Trail boss and my wife’s 2019 Equinox that Gates does all the service work on. If something wasn’t done or not done right they made it right. As long as they continue this kind of service I will stay with them and trade on new or used vehicles.By the way I don’t right reviews very often. More
