Gates Chevy world as well as all Gates locations were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable on the engine light my vehicle was showing. They replaced the battery and checked the charging system. My appointment was for 8:00 A.M., They lost the appointment, somehow, and didn't get started until I came to the dealership and checked on my system. The center didn't get started on it until seven hours after my appointment time. I called at 11, to check on the car, and was told the service person would call me back shortly. He did not. I called at 11:55 and everyone was at lunch. That's when I went to the center. The keys magically showed up on the service desk about 1:45. Very disappointed with the service. More
