I'd love to talk to the technician that took 5 minutes to look at my car and said I needed a new engine and that a used one would be $5,700. No further explanation. I took it to my uncle and he put in a new look at my car and said I needed a new engine and that a used one would be $5,700. No further explanation. I took it to my uncle and he put in a new alternator for 300$. Now it runs, good as new. I will never give Gates my business again. If you didn't want to look at my car just say that. I say that bc at first I was told it would be half a week before someone could look at it, which I was fine with. Then 8:30am that 1st morning I get a call. The sound is coming from the engine, it needs replaced period. Ridiculous. More
