Matt at the service desk was great working with the warranty company to get the needed repairs covered. It would’ve been a substantial expense had it not been for that effort and the warranty. The service is very expensive. After the $3000 service, my steering wheel makes clunk sound, which has never happened before. And he tried to persuade me to spending another $1000 to fix the problem, after I already spent $3000. I am disappointed at the service. More
