The team at Gates was able to diagnose the unusual brake problem my vehicle had when other shops couldn’t. I have a limited budget and Matt gave me options to stay within budget. In the end, the final cost actually came in under the estimate too. Our family was going out of town on vacation that Friday and I was concerned that it wouldn’t be completed before we had to leave. Matt kept on top of parts suppliers and made sure the parts were in and the repairs were made in plenty of time. We were able to get on the road in time to make our cruise and, more importantly, our van was made safe for the trip. I couldn’t have had a better experience than I did with Matt and the Gate’s repair team. More
