Gates of Granger - Service Center

The only issue I have is that I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday evening for a Thursday morning appt. No one called me for a status update. I called around 5 pm and was told that they would have my servic Wednesday evening for a Thursday morning appt. No one called me for a status update. Friendly. Austin was quick to speak to me as soon as I walked into the building, even when I retrieved my car he spoke again and wished me a good day. Nice staff. Came in for oil change. I asked if my tire pressure would be checked and was told it would be. It wasn’t. Was low when I got there and low when I left.
