I apologize on how long it took to get an appointment and get in, our shop is usually pretty busy. I do also apologize for the miscommunication with our greeter in quick lube, as far as the warranty oil change is concerned there really isn't anything we can do as far as GM is concerned, also i believe our service manager Luke had reached out to you, not sure as why you were under the impression Dan was the service manager, but if there is anything we can do to try and fix the messy carpet or seats please just let us know so we can try and help get this resolved!
