This is not a dealership that I would choose to do business again, at least not online. They were difficult to communicate with, in the end dishonest (omitted) an issue with the car. The pictures provided did not show the paint damage on the hood due to what appears to have bene PPF improperly installed/removed which resulted in damage to the clearcoat on the hood. In the CarBravo Certification checklist they marked that it "passed" and there were no surface chips/scratches that needed repair. In the CarBravo Delivery Checklist, they also checked that they had verified the vehicle's cleanliness and appearance with no open actions. When I received the car and contacted my salesperson, Johnathan Ruiz, he said he would talk with the sales manager to find out what they would do but didn't follow up. When I contacted him again to follow up, same response and then stopped responding at all. More

We decided to purchase a SUV from here as they had the best prices and had what we wanted. Unfortunately, when speaking with them about specific cars they were not well informed about the features. In addition, soon after getting the SUV home it became apparent there was a broken piece on the door handle. Upon contacting them they were not overly helpful as the salesman just wanted to place blame upon us. As of today, we still do not have a resolution. I am not sure what happened to customer service as part of the overall experience. More
