I took my car to get the oil change august 30 and I notice all the oil spill on my brand new concrete and i contacted the dealership it took the end week for them to send someone to try to clean the oi notice all the oil spill on my brand new concrete and i contacted the dealership it took the end week for them to send someone to try to clean the oil and it didn’t do much so I reached out to them and didn’t hear back went on Tuesday and the service manager said they would have the person come back a few time to clean the oil spill and I still haven’t heard any feedback back as to when they are sending someone to clean the oil spill! More

Took chevy 2500 in because it wouldn’t update , instead it just ran both batteries down to dead. So I needed update and 2 new batteries. Should have taken 3 hours max. Instead they kept it over night, repl it just ran both batteries down to dead. So I needed update and 2 new batteries. Should have taken 3 hours max.
