Suposto was water on the diesel that was on December 24 they changed only some censor an the filter so light of the check engine was fix the told me to continue driving , light was on again 1/4 Milla ofter they changed only some censor an the filter so light of the check engine was fix the told me to continue driving , light was on again 1/4 Milla ofter I left the dealer , I continue driving until the 3rd week of January en I decide to take the truck back to the dealer service again that the problem was the contaminated diesel, they clean the tank and line an they put new diesel am bee using the truck for around 60 Milla still the check engine lights is on and I pay for all fixes 3 times and no guarantees More

He's unable to communicate with women and told my wife he didn't want to hear any sniveling and complaining which is an absolute a no-go for me. We had a legitimate complaint. Our brand new 2024 Silverado that we bought from them and paid for the highest warranty package began to have transmission problems and my vehicle was in limp mode. My wife spoke with Cody and was told it would be 4-5 days until they would be able to get to it for a diagnostics. My wife asked for a loaner vehicle and was denied. When she explained we purchased a brand new vehicle so we wouldn't be out of transportation for work, Cody responded, he didn't want to hear any sniveling and complaining. We at that time asked to speak with the service manager. We then received a call back from a member by the name of Scott. Scott explained that they had about 75 customers ahead of us. My wife told him why are their dealership problems being put on us. Scott got angry and asked us to have our vehicle towed to the dealership and he would get our vehicle looked at ahead of everyone by the next day. When we paid out of pocket to tow our vehicle in, we had to deal with Cody. I personally dealt with him face to face, gave him my number which he wrote on our paperwork and told him that I would be handling everything from here on out with my vehicle, not to contact my wife, to contact ME. The very next day, Cody calls my wife with an update on my truck! I called Cody back and asked him why didn't he call me as I instructed him to and he said he forgot. I am a certified master mechanic and own my own repair shop here in Phoenix. The nonsense he was speaking to me that it would takes them 2 days to diagnose a vehicle was just mind blowing. I hung up on him because someone who could just blatantly lie to someone with the nonsense he was speaking, absolutely doesn't deserve my conversation and will never be tolerated by me. I received a call from Scott the following day, with him explaining to me that because I hung up on Cody, the General Manager asked for me to come pick up my vehicle, that they were refusing to do the warranty work. What makes matters worse is, I had my vehicle picked up and towed to another dealership. When I took my vehicle off of the tow truck, it no longer displayed a check engine light. The next day, the other dealership called me and said that gateway cleared the codes and even erased the history on my truck! I have nothing to lie about and from what I understand all calls are recorded on their phones and I hope I can get them before they can erase them to further pursue this. To refuse a warranty that I purchased is just unheard of in our line of business and I will absolutely be pursuing this from my end. Be aware of Cody and Scott, I never got to speak with the general manager and hear it from him, but according to Scott, the general manager did not want my vehicle there any longer. Training, Training, Training is all I have to say for these people. You will stay a garbage business as long as you continue to let untrained garbage work for you. I would recommend everyone to stay far away from this dealership with rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional employees! More
Very bad service I took my vehicle for a simple oil change when they gave me my car back the parking brake light was on. I talked to the service member who took in my car he said they couldn't do anyth change when they gave me my car back the parking brake light was on. I talked to the service member who took in my car he said they couldn't do anything about it. He tried to sell me a battery that cost 330 dollars even though my battery still starts my car. His name was Bert Wells. If you want to avoid bad service and gateway trying to sell you something you don't need. Do not take your car to Joe Gambino's Gateway Chevrolet! More
