I felt like I was getting the run around every time I called for an update on my vehicle. My vehicle was at the collision center for over a month. Communication was very poor, I had to pry just to get a called for an update on my vehicle. My vehicle was at the collision center for over a month. Also some days the phone just rings and rings before a voice mail request and none of my voice mail messages were returned. So far the work that was done on my car has held up and looks like it was done properly. More
