This was the first, and LAST time I will work with anyone other than Cody, in the service dept. I couldn't be MORE disappointed with this visit, and I am actively looking for another vehicle that's not Chevy other than Cody, in the service dept. I was told after keeping my truck for 3 days that it wouldn't be fixed IF I even got a diagnosis for the issues I was having. THEN, I had to spend over $300 and NOTHING was fixed! LIVID!! This will be on all of my social media platforms, as well as on Both popular gyms I am affiliated with. NOT a happy customer. Then you had the nerve to wish me a Happy Birthday 2 days later! WTAF!!?? More
