Will never buy a car or bring our vehicles into this shop again..they are like politicians...say one thing and not follow through with their word....still waiting on our refund on a rental car they promised again..they are like politicians...say one thing and not follow through with their word....still waiting on our refund on a rental car they promised they would pay....this car should have been covered by the warranty the first time we brought the car in.....going to charge us 3400.00 said no way and took the car to Henry Brown where a family member works and paid 1900.00 for the same service for a mistake Gateway should of handled in the first place....I could go on will send review to Google as well.... More

Although my appointment was ignored & missed by the service team in charge of the early bird drop off and my vehicle sat all day without being serviced, Cody and his management team made it right It’ service team in charge of the early bird drop off and my vehicle sat all day without being serviced, Cody and his management team made it right It’s of humans to make mistakes but it is of great man and women to make a wrong, right Gateway owned up and took take of the service at no expense to me to cover my loss of use for my vehicle for two days It is not the money I saved but the corrective action that deserves praise and a 4.9 out 5 grade from me I will continue to buy & service my cars At Gateway also recommend to my friends and family Thank you Saul Ortega More
