I have already completed this survey I believe. I was very dissatisfied with my service. I came in for a simple oil change. I waited at the dealership. The oil change was completed in an acceptable I was very dissatisfied with my service. I came in for a simple oil change. I waited at the dealership. The oil change was completed in an acceptable amount of time, but I did not get a mile away when the check engine light came on. I returned to the service department to see what was going on? This is the second time this has happened! I will add I have had other oil changes between the two events with no issue. This current event I was at the dealership approximately 5 hours. Limited my ability to complete other errands I planned for that day as it was a day off from work. I have been a loyal Chevrolet customer all of my driving life. This experience will not change my loyalty, but my confidence in your dealership has been. My wife of 36 years and I have made new vehicle purchases, two at a time, on average about every 4 years. I am not sure I will return to your dealership for my next purchase. If I am unable to trust the service department of the dealership where the purchase was made? More
