I had an appointment to come in at 8:20 in the morning but the Service take too long. I waited 3 hours, 20 minutes to get oil change but it doesn't look like I got my tire rotate when I ask for that. It didn't show tire rotation on my invoice and I wasn't going to ask for that otherwise I probably end up waiting another 3 hours if I ask.
