The damaged has been done, every time I gave you the opportunity to make it right, every time you negated the fact that this is my only source of transportation and that you as the dealer could have lend or rented me a vehicle for inconvenience that you created, instead you had me rented for myself and had me pay for the expenses, this is not taking care of your customers if you ask me...this was a manufacturers issue, it wasnt something i did to the truck... I will never buy anything from this dealer again, I wont recommend it to my family nor my friends...good luck if you use them, they are quick to make a sell buy when it comes time for customer service, beyond poor expections!!! They have forgotten the meaning of customer service. I LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO THEIR SATISFACTION TEAM AND NOT ONE CALLED ME BACK, now that this message is public, their quick to respond but I dont want to talk to anyone now, they had their chance....
