Love the fact Gateway goes above & beyond; example in offering a ride (one-way) if you have to get back to work. Came in handy since my sons work schedule changed and he could not pick me up. Would be great if there were a few work space cubicles for customers who do end up waiting ( or want to because of the great aesthetics/environment 🙂) w/proper outlets and WiFi connectivity, etc. thank you for the great experience again at Gateway Chevrolet! Wait times are usually very long 4 hours for an oil change every time. When you call for an appointment they keep transferring you and never call back if you leave a message except for sales department change every time.
