At first I was extremely frustrated with the whole process. I made an appointment and they says they needed to keep my truck for 3 days to look at a leaking window. Dropped off vehicle to a young beautiful smile, she then directed me to the service tech assistant Cody, ( apologies Cody if I didn’t get your title right), who is always friendly, always listens, and then directed me to the service tech assistant Cody, ( apologies Cody if I didn’t get your title right), who is always friendly, always listens, and then outlines precisely what they are doing. Love the fact Gateway goes above & beyond; example in offering a ride (one-way) if you have to get back to work. Came in handy since my sons work schedule changed and he could not pick me up. Would be great if there were a few work space cubicles for customers who do end up waiting ( or want to because of the great aesthetics/environment 🙂) w/proper outlets and WiFi connectivity, etc. thank you for the great experience again at Gateway Chevrolet! Wait times are usually very long 4 hours for an oil change every time. When you call for an appointment they keep transferring you and never call back if you leave a message except for sales department change every time.
