I had a service appt scheduled. The person scheduling forgot to tell me it’s a drop off type appt due to cars taking 2-3 days to complete. Upon arriving Zach asked if I was informed about the drop off. I replied no and was frustrated because I drove an hour to this particular dealer due to my car warranty I purchased there. Zach pulled some strings, made it right and got my car in. He had it done just after lunchtime. Thank you for your help. Also I would like to recognize the female employee (I’m sorry I don’t have her name) that takes in the cars for service. What a job she does. I watched her and was super impressed by her hustle.
