My truck sat in your shop for almost 2 weeks before anyone even looked at it. This is my work vehicle and I had to take my wife's vehicle because a rental was not offered because you haven't started wo anyone even looked at it. Not really happy with my last visit, they promised a car wash and it didn’t get done even thou my car was there all day. My advisor told me at the last minute that there was something with my tire and when wash and it didn’t get done even thou my car was there all day. I had an appointment on Wednesday 5/18 for a check engine light. I was told there may be a wait but they were not able to look at my car until Tuesday the following week.
