I brought in my truck for an oil change and to have the door handle replaced. After the truck being there 8 hours only the oil change took place. I was then told at pickup that they didn’t have enough tech door handle replaced. After the truck being there 8 hours only the oil change took place. Bought our equinox here and had the most pleasant experience buying a car to this point. We weren't there all day goin back and forth and first oil change was free. So far so good! The diagnosis for as to why my car was pulling was incorrect and what they said would fix my problems did not. I finally figured out based off a manager at Discount Tire. The service rep that assisted me also doesn’t know about cars and told me that new tires go in front for front wheel drive cars, but new tires always go in the back for more stability according to many other sources and other mechanics out there lol. The warranty this place sold me and how they went about servicing my car just not it. I don’t like being a Karen, but I felt as if they were scratching for surfaces when they could’ve just helped me out, or at the most minimum not misdiagnosed my issue multiple times. Didn’t even spot me the whole $20 for a tire rotation that allowed them to diagnose my car, only for diagnosis to be incorrect lmao. My next car purchase might prob not be from here :/ although I know whoever prob reads this message prob doesn’t care or is like “well don’t buy it here then tf” lol, I don’t blame you, but on some Non-Karen behavior type, I really don’t think I’m in the wrong here and was pretty patient with the whole deal as it unfolded without making a whole scene or anything.
