I understand my part was back order complete understand that. But the fact I had to call to get updates and how our first service advisor was so unprofessional (John)unacceptable … I’m not going to say our second one Triny was the best but some what better still had to call to see what the issues was with my part almost felt I had to go the extra mile for them so I would get exceptional service I know this was handed over to him due to me requesting a different service advisor like I said I can go on and on but I’ll summarize it to here. Unfortunately everyone wants a good review and of course gives you the best at the end but that same treatment needs to be when work is initiating you take pride in your work at every step of the way not just when you need something back from a customer unfortunately in my case I can’t rate this as a good service.
