Gateway Chevrolet was able to fix my 2020 Suburban that was having transmission issues. Their service department was great particularly Luis Aviles who was the service advisor who attended to the repairs. was having transmission issues. Had scheduled an appointment @8 AM and they did not get to car right away. My significant other was waiting at the dealership for FOUR hours. They also failed to check other problems that I had mentioned w to car right away. My significant other was waiting at the dealership for FOUR hours.
