Competent service providers. I had a number of hard to diagnose issues that were resolved. I think it is a good place to bring Chevrolet vehicles, especially older ones as diagnosis and parts become more diagnose issues that were resolved. It was six days and three calls as well as a second personal visit before I received my estimate . Since your dealership does not want my business I’ll be happy to go else where. More

To begin with I live out of the area, about 1 1/2 hrs from dealership. I confirmed my appointment and let them know it needed engine and transmission looked at due to engine light on vehicle came on. I from dealership. I confirmed my appointment and let them know it needed engine and transmission looked at due to engine light on vehicle came on. I requested loaner and was informed on arrival they didn't provide loaners. I was told that it would take a couple hours to figure out why the engine light turned on. Three hours later they were barely checking it out, by doing test drive. After showing them the email where it showed the vehicle needing attention to engine and transmission they wanted to keep it longer. This was going on five hours of being at the dealership. Nothing was done to the vehicle. I left because they took so long and couldn't determine if anything was wrong with vehicle. I am still receiving alert that the vehicle needs service. More
Made an appointment for a simple oil change weeks in advance, and noted that I would be waiting for my vehicle. Arrived on time, and as per my appointment, the sheet stating I was waiting for my vehicle advance, and noted that I would be waiting for my vehicle. Arrived on time, and as per my appointment, the sheet stating I was waiting for my vehicle was clearly displayed in the windshield. I was told this would take 1.5 to 2 hours, so I proceeded to wait in the waiting area. Four (4) hours later, and only because I inquired, I was told the tech was JUST THEN adding oil to the vehicle. Finally, more than 4 hours later, my simple oil change was done and I was able to leave. I have had issues in the past, most recently as a direct result of the last oil change that I had done here at Gateway, that would otherwise result in my never going back to Gateway. (Shortly after the last oil change, the oil filter loosened up, causing a leak. It cost me almost $100 (and thankfully not more) at another, closer-to-home, dealer to have the leak diagnosed and resolved.) The only reason I went back to Gateway this time is to use the pre-paid oil changes that I purchased when I purchased the car. However, I am now considering letting the remaining oil changes go unused. More
