Service department is terrible. Worst ever, almost regret buying my truck at this dealership. The receptionist who answers the phone has no clue what she is doing. All I took my truck in for was an oil change and to inspect the rear suspension. After 2 days of nobody calling me back I went down to the service department spoke to my service writer who told me that nothing has been done to the truck. I had an appointment, this wasn’t a walk in. 2 days and nothing! More
