Experience was just okay. My contact person was a little bit aloof. He sent me a diagnostic report via text that had some issues to address, but never discussed them at the time of service for resolving the bit aloof. Plus the report was inaccurate saying that the diesel engine air filter needed replacing. My engine is gas, not diesel. Said the cabin air filter was excessively dirty. How would anyone know that without looking at the filter and give me the opportunity to tell them to replace it? More

I was initially quoted 2 hours for my oil change. The feedback I want to give, is please communicate that to your customers. I feel that my time was not valued and wasted. Taking the extra 5 minutes to give me a call to let me know it's going to be longer is basic customer service skills and is appreciated as a customer. The car wash at the end was rushed and looked very badly when I pulled away, but since the plans that I had were ruined, I didn't have time to go back to get it rewashed. Additional feedback is the amount of emails and text messages I got reminding me of my appointment was excessive. I understand that people miss their appointments, but the daily reminders are not needed More
Took my 2021 chevy silverado to have the cruise control checked cause it showed unavailable.They had it for 2 full days took it in at 7 am and picked it up the next day at 5 pm. So i just picked it up.This is the first time i have ever taken my vehicles to Gateway. So i took it in to Sands chevrolet and the fixed it in 1 day. Very poor service More

Took my truck in for an oil change and Liz noticed my windows were not tinted. She mentioned that my windows should’ve been tinted because it was part of a service I paid for when I purchased my truck. S windows were not tinted. She mentioned that my windows should’ve been tinted because it was part of a service I paid for when I purchased my truck. So she scheduled me in for the following week to get it done. If it wasn’t for her being thorough I would’ve never known. I highly recommend Gateway Chevrolet. More
