Kyle the advisor was very friendly and professional. However, it took 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change/air filter change which surprised me considering I had an appointment. Not sure if it’s because it was a Saturday or if this is normal, but it was unexpected and frustrating as it interfered with plans for the rest of the day. More

I took a couple days for me to get an appointment. Which I didn’t want to drive my car because the check engine light was on. Then they said it would take about 2 days to diagnose the problem so I asked for I didn’t want to drive my car because the check engine light was on. Then they said it would take about 2 days to diagnose the problem so I asked for a loaner but they said I might have to pay out of pocket since it was before it was dignosed. I called in the second day and they havant got to it so they finally gave me a rental. Then I got sent to the wrong rental spot and had to wait an hour for a car. I had the car for about a day and then they called me and said the car was ready. They did fix the problem and it’s been good since so that was good. More
