Completely disappointed! I had an appointment for an oil change and detail. I dropped off my vehicle at 820AM and was told that my vehicle would be ready around 5PM. I scheduled my entire day around that ti change and detail. I dropped off my vehicle at 820AM and was told that my vehicle would be ready around 5PM. I scheduled my entire day around that time frame. I got notified around 4PM that my vehicle wouldn't be ready until the following day because the detail department was short staff and was running behind. So I asked for a rental and immediately I was told my vehicle could be picked up before 5 PM, without my detail and we would have to reschedule the detail. My truck was at your dealership the entire day and only got an oil change, when I could have picked it up much earlier in the day. This day was a huge inconvenience and not happy at all! More

I would give Zero stars if I could. Derek Jones a tech at Gateway diagnosed my car needed a $10,000 engine in my corvette and lied about doing a compression test.
