I took a couple days for me to get an appointment. Which I didn’t want to drive my car because the check engine light was on. Then they said it would take about 2 days to diagnose the problem so I asked for I didn’t want to drive my car because the check engine light was on. Then they said it would take about 2 days to diagnose the problem so I asked for a loaner but they said I might have to pay out of pocket since it was before it was dignosed. I called in the second day and they havant got to it so they finally gave me a rental. Then I got sent to the wrong rental spot and had to wait an hour for a car. I had the car for about a day and then they called me and said the car was ready. They did fix the problem and it’s been good since so that was good. More

I dropped my vehicle off for an 8:20AM appointment for a recall. When I made my appointment, I was told it should take a few hours. My truck was there 9 hours. When I asked Cody for an update at 2:30, he to recall. When I made my appointment, I was told it should take a few hours. My truck was there 9 hours. When I asked Cody for an update at 2:30, he told me that an appointment wasn't actually an appointment and my truck hadn't been put on a bay yet. I picked my truck up after hours and there is a giant crack in my dash that no one mentioned. You can't miss it, so they absolutely knew they did it. Awful derive, awful communication. More
