Lack of customer service and care for its customers, took my car in for the first time to this dealer and probably the last time. This was the first time ive ever left my car and had it looking worse when i my car in for the first time to this dealer and probably the last time. This was the first time ive ever left my car and had it looking worse when i went to pick it up. left my car extremely dirty and with low tire pressure. sure made it seem like they didnt really check much. im glad there wasnt any issues with my car cause by the looks of how they gave me my car back i wouldnt trust they would have my best interest and actually would want to help me out. The service attendants were very friendly. I had to leave my vehicle overnight. This was not planned on. I had to rearrange my work schedule because I did not have my vehicle. A 7 AM appointment should be a 7 AM appointment not one that doesn’t even get pulled inside until after 8:30 in the morning. A total of 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is not a reasonable amount o that doesn’t even get pulled inside until after 8:30 in the morning.
